The presence of another person in her room stirred Rianni awake, though the traumas she'd just experienced made her more than a little unwilling to let the other person know she was. Opening her left eye she scanned the room slowly, finding the shape of a female, a bald female, standing across from her, "Oh, Klia, hi." She said with a smile, assuming the silhouette in front of her was the temporarily hairless Orion beauty come back to see her again.

"Not quite, bitch." Lalena answered, slamming her fist into Rianni's face as hard as she could, knocking the Romulan cold while deliberately avoiding the areas that had just been operated on. With the target now unconscious, she quickly lowered Rianni onto a gurney and pushed her out of sickbay, they had a meeting to attend with Colonel Carlov and they weren't about to be late.

[Fifteen Minutes Later: Who the Hell Knows Where?]

Rianni came back to consciousness, her head ringing like church bells where someone had knocked the shit out of her. When her eyes would focus she could see another nearly hairless female, ~Yep, just my luck. Not Klia, either.~ "What do you want, Debby?" She muttered, not having time to deal with any games right now.

"Thought we might discuss you and your Bokkai friend's sealed indictments." Debora Carlov began, "And how your interference almost got my entire team wiped out."

"Klia didn't have time to waste." Rianni replied, "And if you want to indict me, call my attorney. I'm sure he'll be happy to discuss kidnapping charges."

"Not kidnapping, you're under arrest." Lalena laughed, "And if they ask about your face you resisted. But if you ask me, it's payback for the safehouse, bitch."

"Oh, yeah, I did split your pretty scalp, didn't I?" Rianni laughed, though the action made her hurt severely.

"Anyway, on to business." Debora interrupted, though she understood both of their perspectives, "Though I do owe you a kick to your gut later. Now, you and your pretty friend are in a lot of trouble. High treason, interfering with an ongoing investigation. You're both looking at a hundred years or so."

"And again, take it up with my attorney." Rianni shrugged, "Now take me back to sickbay."

"Actually, I'm going to send six guys to go pick your friend up from her bar." Debora continued, "I'm going to have them drag her out of there in handcuffs, in front of all her patrons."

"Debby, why are you being such a bitch?" Rianni snarled, her old friend's attitude was wearing thin, especially with it being inexplicable as it was.

"Because my people were injured and killed because of YOU!" Debora shouted, then lowered her voice, "Look, Rianni, I know you did it for the right reasons, but you still ruined years of careful investigative work, you made the six months I spent away from Eve and Mar for nothing."

"Then lock me up." Rianni shrugged, "But me by myself, Yolanthe had nothing to do with my actions. Contrary to popular belief amongst women with severe haircuts she and I aren't friends. In fact, if she hadn't have been with Klia when I found her she would still be sitting there." She was lying, she figured Debby knew it, but she was going to have to stick with it.

"We'll let a jury decide that." Debora sighed, then added, "But, there is another way."

"Ahh, the other shoe drops." Rianni laughed, she knew Debby was coming around to something, now to find out what, "Okay, what is it, Debby?"

"Basically, I need the pirate, the one your idiot friend hired who sold her out.." Debora began, "Ricardo Draxx. He's got connections to Torm's organization that go deep, he can give us the backers and whatever survivors escaped us. You give me Draxx and I can keep you two out of a tribunal for a while longer. Eventually, you can earn your freedom completely."

Rianni mulled it over a minute; she knew that this was going to be a long, dragged out thing, the kind that took years, she also knew she had nothing else in the line of choices, "Okay, fine. I'll give you Draxx, but leave Yolanthe Ibalin out of it." She said, adding, "I don't want to be around her."

"You're in no condition to dictate terms, Commander." Debora laughed, "But, soon as you come out of sickbay, you're on your way to find Draxx. Once he's in custody, then we'll talk."

"Great, so back to pirate hunting." Rianni sighed, this was some serious bullshit.

"Good, I like the way you think." Debora smiled, turning to Lalena, "Take her back to sickbay, Lieutenant. Oh, and no further damage, okay?"

"As you wish, Colonel." Lalena sighed, slapping something onto Rianni's back and pressing a button.

Rianni vanished from .... wherever they were and reappeared in sickbay, her head spinning and her mind trying to wrap itself around the fact that she had just gotten screwed.
