It didn't take them long to get to Lasuma's cafe' and got them a seat inside the cafe he asked for Jeffers. A few minutes later Geral's personal chef was walking up, smiling broadly as usual.

"Dorian! What can I do for you?" Seeing his guest he turned to her, "And who is this lovely young lady?"

"Yolanthe," she replied, "I run the Box of Delights upstairs."

"Ahhhh…the famous Yolanthe." As he spoke their server approach and Jeffers waived him away. "Get those menus out of here." Looking back to Dorian's guest, "You have to allow me to make you something!"

He leaning back studying her briefly. "Something exotic but light, yet full of flavor and satisfying. I got it!"

He began rubbing his hands together in creative anticipation. Stopping himself after a rushed step and a half. "I will send out a special cocktail while I get you lunches ready. Dorian, your usual?"

Nodding with a smile, "Not this time. How about some seafood?"

You could see the wheels churning behind Jeffers eyes. "Want some spice?"

"Always."

Snapping both hands he pointed to the couple in a gesture. "I know the perfect thing for you two." And without another word he was off and heading back to the kitchen.

"Well that sounds ominous." Yolanthe smiled. "Is he going to come back with Regalian asparagus or terran oysters?"

"With him you never know...." He trailed off as he saw what was coming up behind her. Chuckling, "I think we might be in trouble."

She turned and saw the massive martini glass filled with a vast quantity of drink. "Not quite what I had in mind for a light lunch."

Dorian moved a few items on the table to make room for the huge glass as it was set down between then. "What's this called?"

As the waiter placed straws forbeach of them in the huge drink, "It's called a volcano margarita....enjoy."

"Is it going to blow my head off?" She asked cautiously, before putting her straw in to taste it.

It wasn't too long and Jeffers came out with what looked like a small boat. Another server came around him and removed the extraneous items from their table, while their waiter placed small boards and mallets and a fork in front of each of them.

Dorian chuckled, "Oh my...this should be fun."

Jeffers stood back proudly as he explained his creation. "Old fashioned seafood boil...cajun style. There's a lobster, crab, oysters, crawfish, shimp, corn, potatoes, onion....and of course my own blend of cajun spices."

Yolanthe looked at Dorian. "Light lunch, huh? Remind me not to ask you to push the boat out. I may end up with a ruptured stomach."

Leaning back after taking a sip from the huge glass. He reached up taking a crab off the boat. "Not to worry, it's more about the experience." Picking up the wooden mallet he smashed the shell.

"So, you disappeared for months?" The Bokkai picked up a lobster, inspected the shell fish and then very pointedly gave it a savage twist, separating the body from the tail.

He grimaced a bit at the reminder as he took a bite. "Now it wasn't...well yea I guess it was. That new dilithium station was a big project. Then the Breen showed up at tried to blow everything up...now there re twice as many Klingon cruisers in the area."

He sucked come of the crab juice from his thumb, "sounds like I'm making excuses. I did miss you." Cracking a claw, he paused and looked at her. "Did you miss me?"

"I'm not sure I should pad you ego by saying yes," she said tartly, but a rich blue was now suffusing her fingers.

Pursing his lips into a coy grin as a brow slightly arched. "Fair enough...we wouldn't want my head to get larger than the entrance." He added smiling.

Grabbing another crab he brought down the mallet but this one was a little more juicy and there was a bit of collateral damaged.

Yolanthe looked at him, now spattered with crab meat, and couldn't help giggle. Reaching over the table she wiped a blob of the pink flakes off his brow with a dark blue finger. "You're not even capable of feeding yourself without spreading it everywhere like a toddler. However do you manage to survive Breen and wrangle Klingons?"

He flicked and wiped his shirt off and was thankful that the there enough between them or she would be splattered as well. But caught her hand as she began to pull back, looking at with a wry grin; "Well if you ever wanna feed me...you're more than welcome to." Sucking on the tips of her fingers to cleanse them and tease her.

She flashed a colour not unlike that of the cooked lobster on her plate. Then she returned to a bright blue. "I have to be back at work in ten minutes. You'd need to eat fast."

Pursing his lips slightly as he clicked his tongue off the back of his teeth. "I hate doing a rush job...perhaps after you get off work?"

"2 am," she pointed out. "Eat fast, or starve all day?"

Instead of leaning in he reach out and picked up the huge drink taking a long pull. He didn't set it down but held it out. "Well... I like the idea of building up an appetite. Besides," and a playful smile and a slow wink, "good things come to those who wait."

The pink was suffusing her features again, as she imagined what might come later. "In that case," She pulled out some of the lobster meat and ate it, licking her fingers carefully, "Stop by at closing time, you can eat your fill..."

He smirked. "I'll be there early and set up a holosuite."

"Eager aren't we?" she teased. "Try not to get too excited until then." She put down the remains of the lobster, expertly gutted. "See you then."

Dorian watched her leave and was wait to see if she looked back, and was rewarded with a heated glance from the door before she vanished. He leaned back finishing off his plate and took another drink from their shared glass. As he set it down one of the staff approached and leaned in.

"Boss wants to see you."

Nodding he used the finger bowl to clean his hands, wiped his face and headed through the kitchen and took the back stairs to Geral's office.
