I'm sometimes inclined to take giant leaps that stretch believability - Notty's much more stringent adherence to the timeline has kept us on track and also pulled the odd inconvenient multi-dimensional asteroid storm out of the bag.

	Silver Star Awarded Sun Oct 4, 2015 @ 4:10pm Nominated by Commander Caden Aldrex	What more to say about a character who has already received a number of accolades over the years? She is perhaps the most beautifully realized character I have ever seen on a Star Trek RPG. The ideas behind her physiology and Bokkai culture are well thought-out, and the character herself is strong and vivid, driven by the spectacular talent of her creator, Notty. Even though Yolanthe is not a Starfleet crewman she's always a part of the action and the posts are always worth reading. Because of this character I am continually inspired to do better. Because of this character Deep Space Five is a better sim.

	Civilian Commendation Medal Awarded Fri Oct 6, 2017 @ 2:31am Nominated by erie'Riov Rianni Monteros-t'Khellian	For risking life, limb, and I shudder to think of what else in the rescue of Klia from the clutches of sleazebag arms dealer Torm. The best civilian character on DS5, maybe even in all of Obsidian Fleet.

What appears to be a game of Diva Duel at times is actually just the work of two dedicated perfectionists wanting to keep DS5 the best simm in OF.
	Scheherezade Award Awarded Fri Oct 6, 2017 @ 2:32am Nominated by Captain Isha t'Vaurek	This rather epic subplot has been written between three players in which Yolanthe Ibalin, Rianni t'Khellian and Ricardo Draxx (an NPC created by our CDO for this sub-plot) venture on a rescue mission when it becomes apparent the Klia, an Orion thought to have been murdered, is still alive. In their journeys off station they face down various perils in the salubrious den of the villainous Torm, and eventually emerge scathed, though triumphant. I hope that we'll see Klia (an NPC) back on DS5 though with the twists these writers create, at this stage that is far from certain. Each and every one of them is truly deserving of the Scheherezade Award. 	Friendship Ribbon Awarded Fri Oct 6, 2017 @ 2:32am Nominated by Lieutenant Liam Reynolds	Although its not a friendship per say in character with Yolanthe and Draxx, I really enjoyed writing the side plot with Notty this month and would like to nominate this for 1 - being so nice when I first started with the simm and giving advice OOC and 2 - Letting me be a part of Yolanthes quest to get her friend back.
	Civilian Commendation Medal Awarded Fri Oct 6, 2017 @ 2:32am Nominated by Commander Amia Telamon M.D.	Notty's characters are always a joy to read and follow but Yolanthe of all of them is worthy of many awards. Sadly this can only be one such but it's a start. I love to read the intricacy and tension in all of Notty's work and her detail and craft is so good that she paints a scene and events that fire the imagination so that the reader feels like they were just part of what went on. A brilliant author and a joy to write with. Thank you Notty for all the colours you and Yolanthe bring to this sim, in every sense of the spectrum whether it is Y's colour changes herself or the rich shades of the tapestries that Notty weaves in her stories.
	Non-Player Character Award Awarded Thu Oct 25, 2018 @ 4:42am Nominated by Commander Amia Telamon M.D.	Nobody ever seems to hold a candle to Yolanthe. She is colourful in every sense of the word and her tapestry of scrapes and intrigues always keeps us reading with avid interest and admiration. Yolanthe is so often in the thick of whatever dodgy is going on but she is so lovable and easy to feel an empathy with, that it's impossible to dislike her. She is a key figure in the life of DS5 and her Box of Delights is a very significant centre for most of what goes on that isn't official Starfleet. She's a foundation stone, a key figure, a lovable rogue and a beautifully written kaleidoscope character. I can't wait to see what she'll be embroiled in next! :)

He has bene evil, sadistic, and downright fun to write with. Notty plays him with a glee that is contagious. He is someone you love to hate, and he had a glorious--and fitting demise.
