View Award - Theta Fleet CO of the Quarter
Awarded quarterly by the Theta Fleet Command to honor the Commanding Officer they feel best deserves the award for that quarter. This is based on both in and out of character activity and leadership.
The CO of the Quarter Award is given to the Commanding Officer that best exhibits the qualities of a Theta Fleet Commanding Officer, as determined by the Admiralty.
