View Award - Ribbon of Merit
This ribbon is used to symbolize the great sacrifice that the men and women of StarFleet endure.
These officers often pay the price for defending the very principles of the United Federation of Planets. A player must receive a Purple Heart in order to qualify for this ribbon. Those who cannot perform their normal duties aboard their location of service due to ongoing medical conditions and wounds (both which must have originated in service) are eligible for this ribbon. Sample posts are not required, but a detailed description of the events for which the nomination is being presented is.
