Admin, Nitpicking and General Stuff

Good afternoon Deep Space Fivers

A few issues have come up recently across the sim and I am posting this to make sure you all know what is what.

If you are writing a JP you should respond to tags within 48 hours unless you are on LOA. If you find you are delayed then you should put a note in the JP saying so - you don't have to give a reason, but it is courtesy to let your fellow writer(s) know that you're not ignoring them.

Do not forget that you cannot cause consequences for another character or their NPC without prior consent from the other player involved. No means no. Don't ever ignore a refusal for a JP idea and forge ahead anyway.

Following a recent player application that has not gone ahead I also want to stress that anything shady that involves secret intel agencies/S31/etc infiltrating the station must be pre-approved by the Command Team - all you need to do is drop us a line and we'll agree whether or not it can happen.

I hate to be a killjoy, but we are, and have been for months clamping down on Sue/Stu tendencies. Every player needs the space for their character to shine, and any player who railroads another into focussing on their own character's personal drama is going to get short shrift from us.
