Fault on the Line!

Just a quick note to let you all know that we've finally got BT to admit that there is a fault on the line - we've had internet but the landline has been out for over a week now.

Now they've admitted there is an issue they've said it should be resolved by 30th however we may lose internet in the interim.

Please bear with me if I disappear for a day or so.
