Everyone please welcome back an old player!

Archangel, who used to play Natalie Cross, our old head of Intel, is back with a new PC, Liam Blackwood, who will be Assistant Chief Scientific Officer, when we get a station back. In the mean time, he's going to get roped into shenanigans on the basis or more scientists the better when mucking about with the ineffable tides of spacetime.
