Sixth Order

The Sixth Order is the scientific and technological exploration arm of the Cardassian Military. It's primary goal is to explore and develop Cardassia's scientific understanding of the universe and to develop technologies that may be used to strengthen and protect Cardassia and it's client worlds.

During the Dominion War, the Sixth Order was recalled to Cardassia to defend against the Federation aggressors. It was a task that they acquitted themselves of with diligence and perfection. However, with the fall of the Dominion and the need to expand outward again, the Sixth Order has returned to its exploratory roots.

The recent discovery of Pangaea sent shockwaves through the scientific and diplomatic community. Cardassia, always at the forefront of discovery within the Alpha Quadrant, has dispatched elements of the Sixth Order to investigate the planet for all scientific-related purposes that the planet may possess. Under the Command of Gul Druman Nivall, a Wing from the Sixth Order has been dispatched and assigned to Deep Space Five.
